July 7, 2010 - Clint Goyette was one of five competitive fly fishers selected to be part of Team Canada at the 30th World Fly Fishing Championships in Poland June 2010. Clint has previously competed in 5 National Fly Fishing Competitions (NFFC).

Aug 11, 2009 - Clint Goyette had the privilege of being interviewed by Canadian Fly Fisher Magazine about his guiding career. Sept 1, 2008 - Clint Goyette has teamed up with Todd Oishi, Aaron Laing, Jonathan Furigay and Terry Skipper to enter "Team BC" in the 6th Fly Fishing Canada National Fly Fishing Championship in Mont Tremblant Quebec Sept 8th-13th, 2008. This was Clint's 3rd time competing in the Nationals. Here are the team results and the individual results! Clint placed 14th overall.

Sept 25, 2005 - Clint Goyette attended the 3rd National Fly Fishing Championships and Conservation Symposium held in Campbell River Sept 19th-24th, 2005. This was his first championship and will not be his last. His team "The Endiables", an ad hoc team made up of 2 gents from Quebec, 1 from Ottawa, and an ex-pat living in New York, placed 6th and he personally placed 20th from across Canada. His greatest accomplishment at the event was coming in 1st place in his beat on the Campbell River.

August 09, 2005 - Richard Branson, while visiting the Squamish and Whistler area to promote the launch of Virgin Mobile in Canada, took a few hours off to go helifishing with Stuart Rempel Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales Intrawest Corporation at Whistler Blackcomb guided by Clint Goyette of Valley Fishing Guides. Mr. Remple thoroughly enjoyed winning $5 dollars for the first fish landed of the day. Come and enjoy remote wilderness fly fishing at it's finest!

We are now offering certified FFF fly casting instruction. These classes are available upon demand and are taught in small groups or singles. Our Fly Fishing School offers educational fly fishing courses in entomology, fly casting, limnology, and fish biology.

Our instructors are qualified with Post Secondary Education in Biology and technical courses in limnology, aquatic invertebrate identification(insects), wildlife identification, and fish identification.
